• TITLE: Counselor/Therapist

• PROGRAM: Outpatient Mental Health Clinic

• REPORTS TO: Clinical Director/Executive Director

• HOURS PER WEEK: Flexible

• SALARY RANGE: Contingent upon Experience

BASIC FUNCTION:

These counseling and therapeutic services will range from routine to complex, and include suicide prevention, crisis intervention, short and long term treatment with clients exhibiting dual diagnosis, post-traumatic stress disorder and other psychiatric disorders and/or readjustment problems. MUST ALWAYS adhere to the practice standards and ethical guidelines of Board for Social Work.

QUALIFICATION CRITERIA:
Must be enrolled in a Masters level Counseling or Social Work accredited educational institution. Additionally, you will need to complete a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment medical examination before you can be appointed into this position.
